carbamide peroxide 6.5% in a anhydrous glycerin Ear wax remover
Uses: For occasional use as an aid to soften, loosen and remove excessive ear wax
Warnings: unless directed by a physician, do not use if you have an injury perforation of the eardrum or after ear surgery. Do not use for more than 4 days. Do not use if you have ear drainage or discharge, ear pain, irritation or rash in the ear or are dizzy. Avoid contact with eyes.
Consult a physician if excess ear wax remains after use of this product.
Keep this and all drugs out of reach from children
In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact poison center immediately
Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age: Tilt head sideways and place 5 to 10 drops into ear. Tip of application should not enter ear canal. Keep drops in ear for several minutes by keeping head tilted or placing cotton in ear. Any wax remaining after treatment may be removed by gently flushing ear with warm water using a soft rubber bulb ear syringe (included). Children under 12 years of age, consult a physician.
Use twice daily for up to 4 days if needed or as directed by a physician.
Other information: Avoid exposing bottle to excessive heat and direct sunlight. These ear drops form on contact with ear wax due to the release of oxygen.
